Enhancing Family Friend and Neighbor Caregiving Quality: The Research Case for Public Engagement written by Richard Brandon at the University of Washington, in collaboration with the National Association of State Child Care Administrators, an affiliate of the American Public Human Services Association, and Child Trends, examines child care data and research to determine if there is a valid case for augmenting public efforts to enhance the quality of informal child care.
