If that information does not yet appear for the conference you wish to attend, check back periodically or contact the APHSA staff member listed for specific registration or agenda information.

You may register by mail or by fax using the special fax line reserved for conferences at (202) 682-2328. Registration forms must be accompanied by payment (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, state agency or personal check, purchase order, or voucher) before they can be processed. Please send one form per registrant.
